Steps to replace the mould
Convenient and fast
1. If you want to use terminal block which is other than 0.5-1.0 mm2, need to change vibration plate, material spacer, terminal diverter, terminal pressing mold (crimping into a square shape, different types of terminals need to be replaced with different terminal pressing molds)
2Remove the terminal diverter before changing the mold
3Take out the positioning mold , then push A up, take B out, replace the module finally.
4Replace the mold which is required
If the air pressure of the external air source is too high, the pressure regulating valve can be adjusted appropriately, first raise the knob, increase the air pressure clockwise, reduce the air pressure counterclockwise, and press the button down after adjusting.
